Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of ordering, except in the case of weekends or holidays.

We ship using various methods such as USPS, UPS, DHL, and other carriers with prices calculated on checkout.

Duties and customs are not included in pricing unless otherwise expressly outline in the sale checkout. These costs are incurred and paid by the purchaser.

Any item returned to undershield.us as "not deliverable" or "refused" will only be qualified for a refund of the product price minus the initial shipping, and any additional return shipping charges.

Lost or stolen packages are beyond our control scope and or responsibility. We will provide assistance with your contact/claim process with the shipping service.
